Urbiotica® was born from the collaboration between Santa&Cole, Grup Iviron and D3K gestio del Coneixement.

Santa & Cole brings its knowledge on urbanism and industrial design to make sure the technology we produce is integrated coherently in the urban space.

Grupo Iviron gathers different societies in the ICT sector and contributes its experience in the management of telecomm services for local governments.

The company D3K is the research arm of the project, and is created by professors from the Department of Signals Theory at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC).

At Urbiotica® we foster active collaboration between university and business. Our R+D labs are located at the UPC Campus in Barcelona, which allows us to work directly with reasearchers and experts in technology.
